Pricing reflects base rent only. Residents are responsible for all utilities, inlcuding a $50/month internet fee. Electric, water, sewer, trash, and gas are billed separately and vary based on usage.
Additional required one-time fees include a $50 application fee per adult, a $150 administrative fee due at application, and a $500 standard security deposit.
